Indenture Document

Indenture documenting a land lease agreement between The Right Honourable Montague Earl of Abingdon and messieurs Matthew Maunder and John Hollier in the county of Oxford in Great Britain on the 21st of October 1812. The document is hand written in ink by quill onto vellum and includes seals.
